Campaign Prayer
Lord, as you first formed humanity in Your image during the days of Genesis and breathed holy life into us with Your Spirit, once again we ask you to lead us into more abundant life. Since 1925, you have called us by name to be Holy Family Parish along the banks of the mighty Mississippi. You have been “our gateway,” “our shepherd,” “our voice,” and “our most faithful friend.” Guide us as we journey into a deeper flow of faith by taking new steps in our mission to spread and deepen the Kingdom of God by coming to know, love and serve You, our Loving Father. May we use this journey to grow in our liturgical life and better model the Holy Family of the scriptures. Help us be successful by increasing our sharing of time, talent, treasure and prayer. We ask Mary, the mother of the Holy Family and our mother, to be our model and to intercede for us. We pray this in the name, which is above all other names, Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
